I have a BA degree in psychology from the University of Montana. After completion of my BA I worked for several years in a psychiatric facility treating adults and adolescents with mental health issues as well as chemical dependency treatment. I received a MA degree from Bastyr University Leadership Institute of Seattle in Applied Behavioral Science- Systems Counseling and went on to provide therapy to families as well as supervise in community mental health settings in Seattle. I am licensed in the state of Washington as a mental health counselor and am certified as a chemical dependency professional. I have received certification as a child mental health specialist as well as an ethnic minority mental health specialist. I have worked in private practice, community mental health as well as inpatient facilities treating various mental illness, mood disorders, and addiction issues.
I am a Board Certified Executive coach and am certified in many psychometric assessments including Emotional Intelligence 2.0. I have coached managers and leaders from many industries including tech such Google, Bungie, Amazon, Microsoft as well as the financial sector. I received a MA degree from Saybrook University in San Francisco, CA in Business Management with a specialization in Global Collaboration. I am passionate about coaching managers to be more confident and effective in their roles as well as chart a course for ongoing development and improved performance.
